   It's high time,it's time and it's about time

 Rule; when the above words are used and it's compulsory a verb must follow them ,the verb that follows them must be in past tense  .

    Examples: 

  1. It's high time the Government left the bad ones for good ones.
  2. It's about time I helped my friends with their problems.
  3. It's time the principal punished the bullying students in this school .
  4. It's high time we started saying no to racism in our country  .
  5. It's time we created fearness in their mind .
